This probe is designed to only work with the ThermoWorks Signals, Smoke, Smoke X, NODE, ChefAlarm, Square DOT, BlueDOT, and DOT (included with ThermoWorks Smoke and Square DOT.)

Keep track of the internal air temperatures inside your oven or smoker using a ThermoWorks Pro-Series High Temp Air Probe. While the included temperature gauges of your device may provide a temperature, it won't be quite the same around the meat, which is why ThermoWorks includes a grate clip with this product so you can keep it close to your meat for perfect temperature readings.
